| Copper Penny Designs was first founded
in 2004. Penny Hodge, company president, has been an IT
and customer service professional since 1987. Her
business and technical experiences encompass many
industries, such as insurance, human resources, retail
and non-profit. She has held many key roles in technical
and customer support organizations as well as IT
management. Penny has also lead several high profile
corporate projects in the areas of business process
improvement and technology implementation including the
development and delivery of a web-based customer service
structure.
